Architecture, archive, the street, a remembered cloth. The collection begins as a wall of references before a single line is drawn.
I work where cultural memory meets contemporary silhouette — tracing a line between Lomé, London and Paris, between the body and the architecture built around it. Every garment begins as a question about structure: what holds a form, what lets it breathe, what it chooses to remember.

Architecture, archive, the street, a remembered cloth. The collection begins as a wall of references before a single line is drawn.
Sketching and collage explore silhouette, proportion and texture, building ideas through layers before they become garments.
Draping and toiles explore how fabric moves, falls and shapes the body —turning volume, balance and proportion into form directly on the stand.
Heritage · Architecture · The body
Angela Moukpe studied Fashion Design at Regent's University London (2023–2025) and completed her studies at ISAL Paris. Her work moves between heritage and architecture, treating the garment as a structure that can hold both — tradition and modernity, fluidity and form.
Native in French and fluent in English, she designs across borders — drawn equally to contemporary art, the discipline of pattern-cutting and the cloth of her roots. Her studies earned a Vice-Chancellor's Double Commendation for academic excellence at Regent's University London.
